Paulina holds a law degree from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM) and a MALD from The Fletcher School at Tufts University. She has over two decades of experience in strategic roles within the legal, corporate, and entrepreneurial sectors.
She began her career at Creel, García-Cuéllar, Aiza y Enríquez, S.C., and later continued her professional development at prestigious international firms such as Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP, Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP, and White & Case LLP, where she gained deep expertise in international transactions and corporate law. Additionally, she served as General Counsel at Promecap, one of Mexico’s most prominent investment groups, before founding her own company, a startup focused on the commercialization of emerging art through a digital platform.
Her solid academic background, global perspective, and experience leading cross-border transactions give her a unique perspective to support organizations and executive teams in their evolution and growth processes.
