Raúl is a professional with regional experience and expertise in Latin America and the Caribbean in Labor and Human Resources matters with more than 30 years of professional practice in multiple economic sectors.
He has participated as a board member in various organizations and supported business strategies in regulated economic sectors while integrating models that allowed the development of talent in the companies in which he has collaborated.
Additionally, he has supported various NPOs both in Mexico and abroad, highlighting the appointment of him as ambassador of the Americas Foundation of an international financial institution and the appointment of him as Regional Ombudsman for the Diversity and Inclusion committee.
Raúl has a BA degree in Industrial Psychology as well as a BA degree in Law, he has postgraduate studies endorsed by La Salle University and IPADE, and he also has a Master’s degree in Labor Law from the Escuela Libre de Derecho.
