Felipe is a seasoned Talent Advisor executive with 17 years of experience in Executive Search and Leadership Services. Prior to this, Felipe held Marketing & Sales positions in Mexico and also had international assignments. He was CMO for the Andean Region for the Kellogg business and was based in Venezuela and Colombia. With ConAgra Foods, he worked in the Corporate Development group in the US and directly participated in Acquisition initiatives. With Grupo Bimbo he was Corporate Marketing Director, where he oversaw Marketing initiatives for 200+ Brands in 20+ countries. He was also in charge for Corporate Research and Development. Felipe’s last assignment before Executive Search attracted him, was with Mead Johnson Nutritionals where he was Regional Marketing Director for Latin America.
In 2007 Felipe joined Amrop and in 2017 incorporated Signium in Mexico. In February of 2019 he was elected Member of Signium’s Global Board as Vice President of the Americas.
