Previously, he worked in Strategic Consulting in Europe and Latin America.

He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Navarra and postgraduate studies at IESE Business School and UNED Business School. He has been a guest professor at several universities, lecturer and contributor to business magazines in the field of Human Capital management and Corporate Governance.

Carlos has carried out searches of Board Members and Advisors as well as analysis and assessments of several Boards of Directors in Mexico and at a multinational level. He also specializes in searching for CEOs, members of the Management Committee, Independent Advisors and Committee Members, and in assessments of Senior talent and directors, as well as in Succession Plans.
