Antonio has more than 30 years working for mexican and multinationals companies in the financial, insurance, manufacturing, petrochemical, education and consulting sectors where he has held strategic HR positions with responsibility in Mexico, Canada and Latin America.

He has specialized in the areas of talent management, executive selection, change management, cultural transformation, executive coaching, learning methodologies, organizational efficiency and strategic projects.

At Mabe, he participated in M&A processes and cultural alignment in countries such as Brazil, Costa Rica, Chile, Canada and the opening of the operation in Russia.
