Mauricio Aguinaga is Senior Partner at World Talent Advisors since June 2026, joining the firm with an outstanding international track record in executive search and leadership consulting. Throughout his career, he has built extensive experience advising organizations in the Latin American market, with a strategic focus on identifying high-impact talent for senior management and C-suite positions.
Prior to joining World Talent Advisors, Mauricio held senior leadership roles as Head of LATAM and Senior Partner at global executive search firms such as Proco Group and Page Executive. In these roles, he successfully led the Consumer Goods, Retail, Industrial, Pharmaceutical, and Services practices for the region, specializing in managing critical search mandates for multinational companies and large corporations across various industrial sectors.
His professional profile is complemented by a solid academic background and expertise in human capital management, having served as Director of Employability at prestigious educational institutions and as Director of Human Resources at major companies in the industrial sector in Peru. This combination of experience in strategic talent consulting and institutional management enables him to offer comprehensive advice on aligning executive talent with our clients’ business objectives.
Mauricio holds a law degree from the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru and a master’s degree in Organizational Development and Human Resources Management from the University of the Pacific, as well as a specialization in Strategic Leadership from Adolfo Ibáñez University.
