Pablo has a career of more than 35 years in the industry and 18 years of experience in Executive Search, as well as an entrepreneur. He has worked at companies such as Kellogg and Mabe, leading the Human Resources area. His last role before joining Signium was Global CHRO for Mabe.
For 15 years led the Executive Search firm Amrop Mexico, where he was Managing Partner.
Currently is working as a Sr Partner in WTA as well as Consultant in Culture and Talent and is also Board Member for a few companies.
