Felipe is a seasoned Talent Advisor executive with 17+ years of experience in Executive Search and Leadership Services. Prior to this, he held Marketing & Sales positions in Mexico and also had international assignments.
He was CMO for the Andean Region for the Kellogg business and was based in Venezuela and Colombia. With ConAgra Foods, he worked in the Corporate Development group in the US and directly participated in Acquisition initiatives. With Grupo Bimbo he was Corporate Marketing Director, countries where he oversaw Marketing initiatives for 200+ Brands in 20+, and was responsible for Corporate Research and Development. His last assignment before venturing into Executive Search was with Mead Johnson Nutritionals where he was Regional Marketing Director for Latin America.
Before founding World Talent Advisors in 2023, he directed the Firms Amrop and Signium in Mexico, and was a Board Member of the latter.
